What is the PADI Night Diver speciality course?
By completing the PADI night diver speciality course you will learn how to safely and easily dive in the hours after sunset.
What does the PADI Night diver course consist of?
Night diving can be one of the most peaceful and relaxing ways to dive with many species of marine life that are nocturnal diving after the sun goes down is a great way to have the chance to interact with this marine life.
The PADI Night diver courses consists of 3 open water dives. If you completed a night dive as part of your PADI Advanced open water this may be credited towards the PADI night diver speciality. During the course your instructor will teach you hand signals and underwater communication methods for night dives. Emergency procedures in the unlikely event of light failure or becoming lost underwater. You will also be taught to navigate at night both with a compass and using natural navigation techniques.
Once the course is completed what depth can I dive to?
The PADI Night diver course doesn't give you any more of a depth limit upon the divers current certification level. The course purely focuses on night diving techniques, and safety when night diving.
Everything is included in the price of €175.00However we would recommend. That you have a Dive computer if you require one we can rent you one for the course at an additional €20
On completion of your PADI Peak performance buoyancy course. You will receive a temporary qualification from your instructor a lifelong certification card will be sent you directly from PADI.
