What is the PADI Wreck Diver speciality course?During the PADI Wreck diver course you will learn the theory and paratactical skills required to safely enter wrecks and small over head over head environments.
What does the Wreck diver course consist of?
The PADI Wreck diver course consists four wreck dives. If you have completed a wreck dive on your advanced open water course this can be credited towards the course. During the wreck diver course you will complete a minimum of 3 wreck dives. The first days diving will be completed on our local wrecks where you will learn how to map a wreck and lay penetration lines both on the outside and inside of the wreck. One the second day of the course will we take you two the famous Zenobia wreck, where you will enjoy two fantastic dives one of which you will go inside the Zenobia.
Once the course is completed what depth can I dive to?
Upon completion of the PADI Diver course you will be qualified to complete simple penetration dives into wrecks in conditions similar to better to which you have been taught in. When ever you enter a wreck we strongly advise you always use a line, have a minimum of 2 dive lights and have a redundant air source.
We would also recommended combining the Wreck diver course with the PADI Enriched air diver speciality.
Everything is included in the price of €300.00 However we would recommend. That you have a Dive computer if you require one we can rent you one for the course at an additional €20
On completion of your PADI Wreck diver course. You will receive a temporary qualification from your instructor a lifelong certification card will be sent you directly from PADI.
