Silva Compact Distance Pedometer

The multi function pedometer for use when walking or jogging. A good aid that gives you several informations about how effective you have been during your walk/run.

EASY TO USE
Clip MULTI on to your waistbelt or trousers. Thanks to the built-in pendulum the pedometer MULTI registers every step you take. By pressing the mode-button you reach the different functions in the MULTI pedometer. Just set your stride-length, weight and start walking/running - you will now be in full control of your performance!

FUNCTIONS
STEP - Counts the number of steps
DISTANCE - Calculates the travelled distance by multiplying the no. of steps taken with the stride length
FREQUENCY - Shows current frequency i.e. how many steps per minute you are pacing
TIMER - Measures the effective walk/jog time. Stops automatically when you not move
CALORY - Calculates the calories used based on your body weight
